Helping your baby fall asleep
If you are in the challenging position of having a newborn that simply will not go to sleep, there are some things you can do. Firstly, make sure the room is dark and quiet. No bright lights or televisions should be on (even if they’re muted). Secondly, play some soothing music or white noise.
